Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how NODE.MP (“we”, “us”) handles information when you visit node.mp, connect via onboard.node.mp, or use JSON-RPC node access. We collect as little as we can to run the Services, take payment, prevent abuse, and meet the law.

1. Who we are

NODE.MP is Multi-Protocol Node Infrastructure. The public site is node.mp. New access starts at onboard.node.mp. Privacy requests use the button at the end of this page.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data you submit when you connect: identifiers, contact details, and settings needed to set up RPC access.
  • Payment data necessary to match a cryptocurrency payment to a 24-hour period, such as asset, network, amount, timestamps, and public transaction identifiers. We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys.
  • Usage data from JSON-RPC calls: timestamps, method names, approximate volume, source IP, and authentication result, used for quotas, billing periods, and abuse control.
  • Technical data from the website: IP address, user-agent, language, referring URL, and basic diagnostics.
  • Messages you send us for legal or support reasons.

3. How we use it

We use this information to provide 24-hour node access, confirm crypto payments, enforce acceptable use, debug incidents, improve the service, and comply with law. We do not sell personal data. We do not use the marketing site for advertising profiles.

4. Cookies and local storage

The marketing site does not set tracking cookies. Theme preference is stored in localStorage under a key used only for light, dark, or automatic appearance. You can clear it in the browser. Onboard and the RPC product may use strictly necessary cookies or similar storage to keep a session and protect the account; those are described in the product interface where they apply.

5. Sharing

We share information with infrastructure vendors who process it on our instructions (hosting, anti-abuse, payment confirmation), when required by law, or if needed to protect the Services or other users. Blockchain payments you broadcast are public by design.

6. Retention

We keep account, payment, and usage records for as long as needed to operate periods, handle disputes, and meet bookkeeping or legal duties, then delete or anonymize them. Server logs rotate on a shorter cycle unless an investigation is open.

7. International transfers

Infrastructure may be located in more than one country. Where we transfer personal data, we use safeguards appropriate to the destination.

8. Your choices

Depending on applicable law you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Use the contact control below. We may need to verify the request. We cannot erase data we must keep, or data that exists only on a public blockchain.

9. Children

The Services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Continued use of the site or Services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.

11. Contact

Privacy questions should be sent with the button below. Do not attach private keys, seed phrases, or screenshots of credentials.
