These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of NODE.MP, also described as Multi-Protocol Node Infrastructure (“NODE.MP”, “we”, “us”), including the website at node.mp, signup at onboard.node.mp, and JSON-RPC node access we provide (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.
1. The Services
NODE.MP sells prepaid access to blockchain node infrastructure over JSON-RPC. Ethereum is currently available. Polygon is being added. Access is a 24-hour subscription per network: $1 = 24 hours and $1 = 100,000 requests. If the 100,000 requests are used up during a paid period, additional request packs are available at the same price: $1 = 100,000 requests.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be able to form a binding contract and must not use the Services if applicable law prohibits it. Access is provisioned through onboard.node.mp. You are responsible for credentials issued to you and for all traffic sent with those credentials.
3. 24-hour periods
A period starts when you turn on RPC access and ends 24 hours later, unless you buy another day. Unused requests during those 24 hours do not carry over unless we expressly say otherwise. Ending access early does not create a refund obligation.
4. Payments
Fees are payable in supported cryptocurrencies. Broadcast blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for network fees, the asset you send, and sending it to the details shown for that invoice. We may refuse, delay, or reverse access if payment cannot be confirmed.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful JSON-RPC access to the networks you activated. You must not:
- attack, overload, or probe the infrastructure beyond ordinary API use;
- resell raw access in a way that conceals the origin of abusive traffic;
- attempt to bypass authentication, quotas, or period expiry;
- use the Services to commit fraud, steal assets, or violate sanctions;
- interfere with other customers’ traffic or with the networks we connect to.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we reasonably believe this section is breached.
6. No custody, no financial advice
NODE.MP provides infrastructure. We do not custody your wallets, do not execute trades on your behalf, and do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Blockchain networks are independent of us; reorgs, congestion, client bugs, and protocol changes are outside our control.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for reliable JSON-RPC, but the Services are provided without a guaranteed uptime percentage unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. We may change endpoints, quotas, supported methods, networks, or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date on this page. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Intellectual property
The NODE.MP name, logo, site design, and documentation remain our property. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to call the JSON-RPC endpoints during paid periods. You do not receive any right to our software, keys, or other customers’ data.
9. Disclaimer
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT RPC RESPONSES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR CONSENSUS-CRITICAL DECISIONS WITHOUT your own verification.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NODE.MP AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOST DIGITAL ASSETS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE 24-HOUR PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify NODE.MP against claims, losses, and costs arising from your traffic, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may withdraw RPC access for a particular network, or we may shut down the Services entirely. After that, already paid periods run until their 24 hours end; §§5–11 and 13–14 continue to apply.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of NODE.MP, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction at the operator’s seat have exclusive venue, unless a mandatory consumer forum applies.
